Alien Design

This is my alien design I did for my character design class, I was trying for a tree/ent type creature. I will have to go back and revise it more but this is my first shot at it.

Beast Design

This design was inspired by one of my favorite games "Shadow of the Colossus." I was going for a more earthy type of beast, with stones and rocks jetting out of its body similar to the beasts in the game. It uses a mystical force, maybe even alchemy, to hold itself together and fly across the sky. I had a lot of fun with this one.

Character Deisgn Rehashed

This was my second go at the character design I recently posted. I wanted to show my character in his good light after he starts to control the darker, more cynical side of himself. As you can see I used brighter colors, however I still tried to keep the old Aztec and Mayan look with his armor and worked a lot more on his mask. I studied a lot of Mayan celebratory masks and decided to go with a more bird-type design.

Charcter Design #1

This was my sketch of a character design I had to do for my Character Design class. I wanted a creature that was a protagonist in the story but at the start of his role he was evil. I tried to portray this with darker colors and more shadows.
